Recommendations wanted for upmarket apartments/estates in areas around UCD?

    I believe the areas around UCD are Bellfield, Clonskeagh, Donnybrook, Milltown etc.

    What apartment blocks or housing estates are considered upmarket in those areas - particularly nice (stylish kitchens, really nice bathrooms, furnishings, balconies, gated complexes etc).

    Rent price is irrelevant.

    Any help appreciated. We have an American University Lecturer coming in 2014 who will be teaching in UCD, very well off and looking for somewhere very nice and comfortable - is willing to share if a double room/ensuite etc is available.
