    Hello all,

I was contemplating a 770, but will in all liklihood be waiting till next year to upgrade (especially since I just spent €360 on a tortoise and his gear :D).

However, I was looking around as you do and spotted this.

I wonder has anyone used one - seems like a nice neat solution if you wanted to reduce heat and noise without the madness of having to plumb a water cooling system in yourself (I am mortally afraid of it, I know I'd bollocks something up and ruin my hardware).

I had an Inno3D GTX570 and it was pretty loud.
I've halved the decibel output by switching to a Asus DirectCU II 670.

Dunno if that's any use to you.

I saw a few reviews of it a few months back, iirc they were quite mixed.
Ill throw up a few links to them if I can find them again

The same results can be achieved easily enough without paying crazy money if you're a little bit brave. Check out the "Green/Red Mod" on overclock.net.

It requires an AIO unit i.e. Antec 620 and a bracket of which I believe you have a few options, details are on overclock.net. I have a bracket and Antec 620 at home but I stuck the 620 on my CPU but I intend to use it on my GPU at some stage.

A few RAM/VRM heatsinks might also be necessary, but I'll let you do the research.

Results are impressive from what I've read.
