Is there a minimum payment for Jobseekers allowance?
Aged 22, living with parents who are both working.
If (their net income minus €600) * 34% is greater than max JSA rate, will I get anything? e.g. If their net income = €1100 minus €600 (disregard? amount) = €500 * 34% = €170, which is greater than the max rate of €144

    Nope

I know some people who get no payment

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

When you apply you are asked the deductions and rent that your parents pay. I think this works in your favour. I'm not sure if I qualify for something either, only that father works and his income is about 700, is that too high?

Each situation is different. If private health care is paid for you this is also taken into account and there are disregards in relation to the number of dependant children in the household along with rent/mortgage payment.
