There is no cheapest company in general, there's only the cheapest company for a specific person on a particular day.

Ring every company, get a quote from them all.

You're going to be looking at >€2000

Is the policy going to be in your own name or are you going as a named driver?

Insurance is not priced from a fixed menu, it is specific to the person looking to insure, their age, driving experience, location and the car they are insuring. So my insurance company maybe cheap for me but they could be expensive for you. So no short cut, you will need to ring a good selection of them to compare prices.

Usually 4TheLads is the cheapest option for provisional drivers.
