Increasing the water pressure in bungalow

    Hi,
There is the copper hot water storage tank in the house (bungalow). For the bath, there are regular bath taps.

For shower (in the bath), there is an electric shower.

In winter, the water in the hot water storage tank will be always hot. It is wasting the electricity to use electric shower, when there is tank full of the hot water.
I would like change those bath taps with the bath shower mixer

I will keep the electric shower too for the summer time, when central heating is turned off.

But there is a problem with a water pressure. The height difference between shower head on the wall and water tank on the attic will be only about 1,5 metre what is 0,15 bar. It is very low.

Can I connect mainn water supply to the house plumbing throught water presure regulator, wich will be set for 0,8 bar. Because it will become unvented system, I will install at the hot water storage tank pressure relief valve setted fore 1,3bar, to release the pressure if the water in the tank will warm up.

Will this work? Can I increase the watter pressure from 0,15 bar to 0,8 bar this way? I have no option to move water tank on the attic higher. :-(.
The copper hot water storage tank is designed for 20 PSI what is 1,3 bar.

    Thank for help.
