Just wondering what is the best way to hang a photo with the following type connection on the back.

It is to be put up in a hallway in a house

It is a large glass fronted photo with three of the holders on the back.

    Any advice is appriciated

Measure the distances from each holder from each other and from top of frame and put 3 screws in wall to engage with holders on back of frame.
Use level of course when fixing screws to wall.

If you're not great with the measuring tape, get a light piece of timber, lay the timber across the three holders. Mark the three centre holes on the timber, then lay the timber against the wall, mark the wall from the timber and drill.

To be sure, you could drill the timber, check it on the picture again and then drill the wall through the timber, probably not worth the effort.

are those hangers on a picture in a frame?

i would normally put small screws in the hangers and then press to wall, that way you get marks in the right place without measuring
