Try Marks Models on Hawkins street,they usually have a decent selection of aviation models. The only others i can think of are Motorama models on Bolton street and The Model Shop on Capel Street.

I typed in "787 model british airways" into ebay and got a handy few results. They all looked like finished kits or some basic assembly needed. Dont know of any proper model kits though, if thats what you're looking for.
