    Hi Think of getting a Granite Patio, either silver, yellow or pink/red

    When sourcing the granite, what do i need to look out for, please ;

    Are the coloured ones above liable to fade/deteriorate

    Thanks

    Granite is a good material to use in a patio as it is hardworking when compared to other materials such as sandstone.
    All will discolour slightly over time but once maintained and given a regular cleaning they will stand the test of time.
    I have a personal preference for the yellow but that just me.

    A more important question you need to answer yourself is the type of finish on the patio.
    Granite generally comes in flamed, honed or a bush hammered finished. I ma sure who ever you are buying the patio from will show you the different finishes.
