BTEA - repeating year - fees?

    Hey guys,

    does anyone whether or not i can get help from susi if i have to repeat a year in college? i know that i can get the btea allowance for the repeat year. just wondering about the fees. you know, the student contribution, and the tuition fees etc?

    What if you failed the year but you never applied for them in your first year,could you apply for them then in your repeat year?
