Recommend a lip palette

Hi All. I searched the forum but could not find any recommendations so apologies if I have missed some threads. My friend completed a make up course and is in the process of building her make up products and I would like to buy her a lip palette as I know she needs one but am not sure what make I should look at. It is her birthday so I was hoping to get it as a suprise, or is this something personal I should let her decide on? From looking online I can see Graftobian and Yaby are recommended but I cannot seem to get them delivered to Ireland without a huge cost or a long delay. Could anybody recommend a good lip palette for her that I can get in Ireland. I would be willing to spend around €100 for a good one. Thanks.

I've seen some MUAs get an empty palette and customise it themselves with Mac lippies etc. Might be good to get her an empty pallete and a few lippies and then she can add her own to it after?

Take a trip into inglot! You can make up your own palette and they have beautiful colors with amazing pigmentation! It's on my wish list!

    Try camerareadycosmetics.com

They sell the brands you mentioned, shipping is fast and is pretty reasonable.

Edit: Just checked and shipping seems to have gone up a bit, however you might still find that it works out less expensive than buying them here.

I'd definitely recommend an Inglot lip palette too - especially the new Colour Play one that comes in 10 new shades - from white to hot pink to purple and blue - perfect for a Makeup Artist to mix and create new shades.

Whilst, not a lip palette - OCC Lip Tars are absolutely fantastic - they come in handy lil tubes that are perfect for Makeup Artists as they have a tiny nozzle to dispense the product so they're very hygienic and easy to keep sanitary between clients. They have a good selection of colours and they're designed to be mixed together to create lots of new shades. You only need the tiniest drop as they're so highly pigmented and long lasting so they're great value for money.

Although, I see now you want to buy in Ireland, so OCC Lip Tars may out - I'm not sure if they have and Irish stockists online?

Similar to OCC Lip Tars are Sleek Pout Paints - they're the exact same concept but come in a more limited range of colours - but again you can mix and match to create lots of new shades. These are about €7 but will last forever as you only need the tiniest amount. I think Beauty Emporium and Cloud10 stock these :)

Hope this helps and your friend is very lucky to have such a thoughtful friend - what a lovely idea for a birthday pressie! :)

I would agree with getting the empty palette & let her customise it.

Makeup Forever do lip palettes http://www.mufe.ie/products/5-lipstick-palette-135.html. They're in Clarendon Street, D2 and will post products to you if you wish.

This is a lovely little lip palette that I've had plenty of use for, very good quality and it's available in from an Irish distributor: https://www.facefxmakeupsupplies.ie/kryolan.html#!/~/product/category=2242926&id=10733285

I have the Kryolan Rouge palette.. got it as part of a kit when I did a Makeup course a while back..

I have to say it's very good.. the colours are very strong and long lasting.. they're actually more of a lip stain than a lipstick imo.
