Aluminium Channel

I'm looking for a 6 foot length of U channel aluminium. I dont know the different sizes im afraid, I know they come in standard sizes...
the main section would need to be about 4 or 5 inches, and the walls about 5 or 6mm thick, so fairly heavy stuff.
does anyone know where I might buy some?
