My budget is €200 but is a bit flexible. Need it for high end gaming. If you can, please link more then one card :)

There are some pretty good looking deals for high end AMD cards at the moment. But thats because AMD are about to make their next gen cards generally available.
I know that some of their next gen seem to be the same freaking chips as their current gen cards, but prices of the old stuff should drop by some amount.

Aye but I really don't want to wait any longer, I've been meaning to make an new build for over a year and every time I get to it I decide to wait for something else to come out or for another price drop :p its a never ending cycle so Id like to buy this month :)

It's been pretty slow moving for the last wee while to be honest!

    I'd try and get a secondhand 7950.

Don't get a reference card although the price is great admittedly. The cooler is awful and the better cooled cards will overclock much higher. This is the best deal I know of atm.

Anyone know where i can get a gigabyte gtx 660 ti OC for around 200 euro?

£169.99 is about €203.75 but they wont be in stock at that price for a few weeks and I have the rest of my build being shipped right now.
Or is there any other cards i should consider?
As I said €200 really is my budget. I really don't want to go much over it.
