Nissan delivery clutch problem

I have a 99 Nissan delivery, that just passed the test. I took it for a spin on Sunday and it was going perfect. After I had got home I had to move it after a couple of hours, and the clutch wouldn't work properly. It's biting very low, and I practically had to force it into gear to get it out of the way. Any ideas what…

Any ideas what might be the problem?

The pressure plate is starting to collapse. It's common enough. What mileage is on the clutch.

Look for leaks around the slave cylinder and the clutch line....sounds like there's a leak from the lines or the cylinder is leaking if the clutch disappeared over a lock of hours....check your brake/clutch fluid level!!
