    Please dont anyone name or even describe the appearance of this dirty scum. It may give him a loophole during jury selection if it goes to trial.

    This is obviously a very emotive subject and feelings are running high.
    However, in the interests of justice being served, it is vitally important that nothing is written here that might prejudice any future trial or appeal.
    This works two ways:
    if the person currently in custody turns out to be innocent, they could legitimately pursue anyone making unfounded accusations or statements about them;
    if they are found to be guilty, the legitimacy of their trial (and/or conviction) could be challenged on the basis of information published in the public domain.

    So, please be very, very, VERY careful about what you choose to post here.

    No he did ,he was in jail for public disorder and then was released early for 'good behaviour' ,what the minister said was he had no previous convictions involving sexual assaults,rapes etc etc
