    Considering renting an apartment in d8 la rochelle. Anyone have experience living there. Are the well insulated from noise, general upkeep and maintenance.

    if you dont mind stepping over junkies and homeless people when you return home late at night, then go for it.

    they have a lot of damp problems too, as it is an old, exposed building.
