question how can I get registeration book for an international tractor I bought last year but failed to get the reg. book even after asking seller for it several times. got form signed by guard stating above and sent it off to local county council with 12 euro fee. after a month got all back statin it is only the reg owner…

question how can I get registeration book for an international tractor I bought last year but failed to get the reg. book even after asking seller for it several times. got form signed by guard stating above and sent it off to local county council with 12 euro fee. after a month got all back statin it is only the reg owner can apply for a replacement reg book. what should I do

How long since it was taxed?
