    Hi folks

Anyone ever hear of this? There's no audible alert if the headlights are left on, despite it showing on the dash. I can't seem to find mention of the system on the fuse chart, & everything else in the car is working fine

check the switch on the inside of the door frame. Change with the passenger one, see if this solves it

When you open the drivers door does the cabin light come on?

Just getting back to this now, no the cabin light isn't coming on when the drivers door is opened. It hadn't been noticed previously because the cabin lights come on when the keys are removed from the ignition when you're getting out.

So it's likely the door switch, are these separate switches or are they integrated into the door lock?

Usually a seperate button switch. Should be a simple matter of unscrewing the switch, disconnect the loom, repeat on passenger side and swap
