Seeking granite veneer

    Hi everybody,

Hope I'm posting this in the right section, please advise if it's not.

I don't know if it even exists, but I am currently getting a new kitchen. Having already turned down the idea of a granite countertop because of money, I am now wondering if there is such a thing as a granite veneer?

Maybe somebody could advise me please?

Quartz would be cheaper option. Some people prefer it.

Oh really? Would we be talking about huge or minor difference in price?

I've heard of Crushed Stone Counter tops, not sure where you will source them. Its basically crushed stone (granite, quartz etc) held together with a resin. If you find a solution please post here as we will be going down this router ourselves in early 2014.

    Cheers.
