Horrible site to use and they won't hesitate to close you if they catch you. They make plenty of mistakes though and are slow to change the price on 'moving horses' so its a great account to have. Deposits and withdrawls are fine, same as everyone else. Limits wouldnt be huge

Closed me after 3 bets, before the event in question had even started. Not even worth considering when looking at odds comparison sites imo.

I wouldn't even consider having a normal bet on a new account until after 10 bets. The first few are when its easiest to get caught. My first few are always the likes of small both teams to score accumulators, or a Yankee with 4 favs in a row or something.

Disagree for a number of reasons. Firstly, edges are small enough without placing -EV bets (albeit small ones) for the sake of it. Secondly, you aren't giving these operators much credit if you think they decide definitively after a given number of bets that you are a welcome player. They are constantly monitoring for changing activity even with established accounts.

Oh I certainly agree that theyre constantly on the lookout and you can get caught at any moment. But very new accounts are more likely to pop up on their radar. If your very first bet is bad and they see it, it's likely goodnight. However, if your 10th bet is bad but the ones previous are fine, you'll probably get the benefit of the doubt.

As for the -ev, well if you had 10 €20 mug punts totalling €200 where you expect to lose 10%, thats only costing you 20 quid in ev in the end. Fair price to pay to protect an a/c and you might even get lucky from it. Even dedicated punters are prone to specualtive punts for an interest on the higher profile events, so can cover that side also. Granted there can't be a huge obvious increase in stakes from the mug punts to the serious ones. Anyway, each to their own. It's completely hit and miss as to who you can get on with. Calling 888 a joke and not even worth considering is wrong when one of the the big boys like ladbrokes will do the exact same thing in that scenario
