EDIT: found that Adare offer consultations for E60

Cheap? For private healthcare? You're gonna have to go public I'm afraid. I'm public in a hospital for a certain issue, usually six months between appointments. If you're severe you're seen more often. We're not allowed give medical advice on boards, afaik though.
