Hi, who has an experience with getting optical to 5.1 speakers with 3rca plugs, or at last to 2rca plugs... My TV has only optical output... thinking to find something like receiver with optical input or something else...

Your query is very vague, you talk about 5.1 - do you have an AV receiver at the moment?

RCA plugs aren't used to connect speakers.

What kit do you have - UPC or Sky (HD or SD)/DVD or Blu-Ray/Other audio gear?

I have Apple Tv 2 , and Plasma TV both with optical out for audio , Logitech Speakers 5.1 with 3 RCA plugs at the end... So what are the options?...

It doesn't take optical or co-ax (digital) audio. As you said the plasma TV only has optical out (as is also the case with Apple TV), you won't be able to feed audio to the Logitech kit.

That Logitech speaker set is really designed to be permanently wired up to a gaming PC, it doesn't have the right connections for a TV system.
