Boots chemists have a good range of that kind of stuff.

Penny's have them. Four 100ml bottles and two small pots for moisturiser in a see through bag for €2! They also have pre printed stickers with them so you don't get confused (though I still managed to put conditioner on my face instead of cleanser!) Was a god send on my recent trip to the US where we stayed in six different places. Makes travelling light so easy.

My local Tesco have a travel-related section now with all miniature bottles for re-fills; suitcase locks etc etc. Perhaps try your local Tesco :)

Just check the bottles are marked. I got a smart arse at the airport who took them off me cause the ml amount was not marked.

I'm not sure if Boots sell empty travel bottles, you certainly need to avoid buying their travel bottles of shampoo, suncream etc. because the prices are totally ludicrous - far better to buy small bottles of the stuff when you get to your destination and just leave them behind.

Remember that almost everything costs less outside Ireland so just wait until you get there and buy whatever you need, chances are that it's half the price they charge here.

It was Penny's I got my set Piliger, it was one of the impulse buys they have around the till area. It was august I got mine, not sure if it would just be a summer thing they stock.

While I agree that stuff is cheaper when you leave Ireland, it's a very wasteful way of doing things if you're only travelling with carry on. You end up buying whole bottles and leaving them. Whereas the refillable bottles can be used again and again. Plus, depending where you're going, you may not find your usual brand. As a woman I would be very particular about what I use on my face (apart from the conditioner incident mentioned earlier!)

The sets in Pennys are great, with clear case there's no need to mess about with plastic bags at the airport either.

Marks and Spencer do them as well.

I picked up a handy reusable travel-sized spray bottle at the Muji store on Chatham Street neary Stephens Green shopping centre. Here is their catalog of travel bottles and high quality plastic containers.

Muji do a good washbag as well - several pockets, zippable, and most importantly a hook so you can hook it open from a shower rail. (I stay in lots of other people's places and I find it very useful if I don't want my stuff mixed up with other people's stuff.)

Ikea do 100 ml containers as well, naturally in brightly-coloured containers: http://www.ikea.com/ie/en/catalog/products/90235117/

Just to let people know - I did find empty refillable bottles in Boots in Jervis. But they are very very small, holding ca 50cc. each. Though that may well suits some.

Dunnes do them as well. But I only ever use them if I am away for less than 5 days. Anything more than that I don't bother and instead just go to the boots in the airport and buy a proper sized deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and shower gel. Between two of us for a week or more very little is usually left. Even if we do leave some behind it is cheaper than the miniatures and the chamber Maids are usually more than happy to take the leftovers to supplement their tip!

If you find cheap refillable bottles, then that's great. Otherwise, I find them expensive, Boots sold 1 little empty bottle for 2 Euro! I though that was crazy.

I have gotten gift sets from xmas, birthdays or sometimes just picked them up on special offer, e.g. like from the Bodyshop. It already comes with small bottles, such as shower gel. Once empty I just refill them. When I have a few collected I just use the spare ones to refill with shampoo, conditioner and so on...
I also keep the little bottles of toiletries in hotels, which I refill with better quality alternatives. They can be different sizes, which can be handy to pick from depending on how long you're going away for.

I forgot to mention price - these came in a pack of 4 (~100cc) flip lid bottle, plus some small pill boxes. All transparent, with separate label stickers. All inside a transparent zip lock bag.

All for €1.50 in total, amazing value.
