Driving direction to St Edmundsbury Hospital

I would be most grateful if anybody would know driving directions from Upper Grand Canal Street to St. Edmundsbury Hospital, Lucan?. If u know of a map with directions with a link it would be great. I tried AA which is always very good but I don't know where in Lucan St. Edmundsbury is. Many thanks for any help.

1. From Grand Canal Street Upper, head in Pearse Street, then along the south quays to Heuston Station. Go left around the train station and head out the dual carriageway, making sure to follow signs for the N4 across the Liffey Valley motorway interchange. Then take the exit ramp at junction 3 Lucan, turn right, then left. The hospital will be on your right.

OR

2. From Grand Canal Street Upper, head along the Grand Canal until after Dolphins Barn. Cross the Luas tracks and follow South Circular Road to Inchicore. At Inchicore, look out for signs for "N4 West"and head out the dual carriageway, making sure to follow signs for the N4 across the Liffey Valley motorway interchange. Then take the exit ramp at junction 3 Lucan, turn right, then left. The hospital will be on your right.

OR

Go to Merrion Square South and get route 25, 66, 66a, 66b, 67 to Lucan. Ask driver to drop you at hospital. Route 25a and 25b will drop you some distance away.
