English texts - movie versions

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone could recommend film or TV versions for the following texts:

How Many Miles to Babylon?

All my Sons

Sive

I have a particularly weak Leaving Cert Ordinary group, and whilst we will be using the actual text, a movie or TV version would certainly help understanding of plot and characters.

There was a TV film of 'How Man Miles to Babylon' with Daniel Day Lewis but I've only ever seen a short clip of it on YouTube-was never able to find the full version of it or find a copy to buy online.

I have it somewhere - leave it with me and I'll PM you. It's not great quality visually as I think it may have been a 'Play for Today' type production.

There's a version of Sive on Youtube, although it seems to be a fairly amateur production. Acting ain't great but handy to have all the same, worth checking out.
