    Folks,
I've a few questions related to rules and decision making at club level, if anybody has any insight into club rules Id appreciate your thoughts.

Overturning Decisions made by previous Committees

If a decision by a previous committee hasn't been minuted in the minute book or the minutes from that meeting are no longer available does the decision stand ?

Can the executive committee overturn a decision made by a previous committee ?

Is a simple majority vote by the executive committee needed ?

    Minute Book

Now days most secretaries will type up the minutes from meetings instead of writing them into a minute book, How does your club maintain a minute book now ?

    Club Constitution

If a club adopts the official gaa club constitution as its constitution are any subsequent updates to the constitution by the GAA applicable to the club ? For example our club adopted the 2005 version of the GAA constitution a number of years ago, Is our club bound by the 2005 version of the GAA constitution or are we bound by the one set out in Appendix 4 ? See the following section from the official guide.

    5 Club Constitution and Rules
The Official Club Constitution, as set out in Appendix 4
to these Rules, shall govern the affairs of all Clubs. Each
Club shall adopt the appropriate form of the Official Club
    Constitution.
Amendments or additions must be passed at a Club
Annual General Meeting, and be submitted in writing to,
and be approved by, the County Committee

PS Our club adopted the 2005 version of the GAAs official club Constitution.
