Provisionally awarded

Hi, so Ive been provisonally awarded on 29th August after applying at the end of June. Everything is fine except the fact that I need to pay the fees by 30th September. I messaged SUSI on Facebook and they told me that they haven't yet recieved confirmation from the CAO. How is it possible that they haven't rcieved it yet when I accepted my course mid-August? How long can it take for CAO to confirm it? Is it CAOs fault or is it just that SUSI is so slow that they need to process it and they dont know that they actually got the confirmation from the CAO?
It took roughly 5 weeks for them to assess my application, so following that pattern I should expect something from SUSI in the next two weeks?

I am in the same situation as you,applied end of June, provisionally awarded on the 30th Aug. I contact them numerous of times and they told me theres a letter due out to me, but didnt say when i would get it. They said it has to go through a quality check!

I cant register is college due to not having this letter, they wont accept the screen shot of the provisionally awarded bit.

Ok I got the approval letter on Friday, when can I expect first payment since the scheduled payment was on that Friday that I got the letter?
