    Certainly is... but it doesn't recline very much.
    Our 10 month old sons head slumped forward when he slept in it, until I put a wedge shaped cushion under it for further recline.

    Yes, we have the plus version and it's the same in terms of recline, otherwise it's grand. We also have the Graco equivalent, the nautilus and it has an equally poor recline.
