    Cd world in the town centre are agents, if I was first in the Que. would I be guaranteed tickets for one direction?????

    Yes , every ticketmaster agent would be allocated a set amount of tickets to start off with for the concerts, so if first in the queue you will get tickets.

    I know someone that queued to get Peter Kay tickets and was 2rd in line at ticket master and the 3rd person never got them they were sold out
