First time using it. Got a package delivered to Belfast earlier this morning and on my account it stated that it was checked in to PM at `12.36 and on my tracking history it says package left depo at 1.30.

It hasn't updated yet but if it went to my postbox in Drogheda it would be there now. Could it be in my postbox destination but the system just hasn't updated?

When the parcel arrives You will get a text with a PIN number needed to get the parcel, you can also see PIN on website when ready for collection.

May I suggest you read all the details on their website so that you don't expect a service level that isn't offered?

This is where so many issues come from - people buy a service, then never read how the service works and then expect things from the service that are not possible or offered.

I didn't have any issue with the service at any stage.

When I phoned up parcel motel earlier in the day for assistance, the lady actually said that they had received the parcel at their depo (even though the system hadn't updated). Just wanted to see if anybody had any experiences getting parcels earlier then the system stated. Not sure that there was any harm in asking . .

How would you receive it earlier - you need a PIN to get it. You don't have a PIN you don't receive it. Pretty straight forward
