Playstation Network login problems

    I was recently trying to login to my psn account for the first time in a couple of years and i forgot my password,I then tried to retrieve my password but the date of birth I used doesn't match the email address so I can't retrieve my password this way.Is there anyway else I can ?

    Contact Sony with as much detail as you can remember.
