Just in case other people didnt hear about the change like me.I got the vet out this morning to blood heifers around 18 months old which I want to sell in the next couple of months. When the vet arrived he told me it had increased to heifers up to 2years old. I hadn't heard about the change at all. I'm delighted with a lot of heifers to sell means a lot less trouble and expense :D.

That came into effect on the 1st of January last, did the vet charge you for the call out? How come he/she didn't tell you when you made the appointment

I must have still been in hibernation last jan! No there will be no call out charge he didn't mind. The office closed early yesterday evening so call was diverted and his wife arranged the appointment.
