Has anyone ever heard of these? a lad in work has started stocking these. i'm aware its some kind of combination of a pyramid scheme and a snake oil product but it has me curious none the less.

claims of, minimum 10% saving of fuel guaranteed, up to a 75% reduction in emissions, bhp and torque increases etc etc.

some sort of "combustible coating" within the engine or some mumbo jumbo created by adding a tablet to your fuel. "million dollar" guarantee if it ruins your engine and research done by the "South West Institute".

He's mad for it. i think he's lost the plot. Just wondering has anybody ever had an experience with it. i can see the whole thing getting major ugly if engine damage did occur.
