Hi,

I just got a letter saying that my medical card will expire in november and if my circumstances are the same to sign it and send it back,

With the last 3 months i have been on casual jsa so filling the x and o forms everyweek, some weeks might get 2-3 days work some weeks i get a full week on just over minimum wage,

I forgot all about to inform them about medical card when i started casual jsa and i was full time unemployed for a few years before that,

Now how will i go about this i would try and hold onto medical card but what will happen when i tell them about the casual jsa?

I think also i read somewhere that when you return to work from being long term unemployed that i could retain the medical card for another 3 years.

Any help with this please.
