Each vec /etb is different in terms of time line on shortlisting process etc. They'll want to see that you know and can teach your subject , that you are flexible , approachable and can deliver your subject in a variety of ways. FETAC experience would be helpful. They may ask about your attitudes to minority groups , understanding of causes of early school leaving , and what else you can bring to the role . eg sports skills, counselling etc. An openness to further training &CPD is probably a requirement as well . good luck .
