water spilled on sky modem

    Hi I spilled some wster on my sky modem and now it has stopped working, there is still power going to it as the lights are on .I was wondering if there is a chance of it working when it drys out

    I wouldn't chance it just in case. The internal parts may be damaged and may be a fire hazard

    Chuck it out at any WEEE recycling centre and ask Sky for another one. That's what I'd recommend.
