Woody the cocker spaniel has been missing from Cashel, Gortahork since Tuesday night. His folks are just devastated, so please keep an eye out for him.

He's ginger, about four years old and is wearing a red collar. He's very friendly, but is also spooked easily but loud noises so we think he might have heard something and bolted.

If anyone has can help, please call [snip]. Thanks!

Have you put the details and his photograph on Donegal Pet Rescue site? It will get lots of cover through facebook pages of members.

He's home safe! He was found about a mile away by a neighbour- wasn't even hungry so someone must have fed him.

    We're so relieved!! :)

    Thats great news!

have you got him microchipped? Might be an idea at least that way if it happens again and someone finds him a vet will be able to get all the info. or even just a name tag.

    Better safe than sorry!

    Glad you found him :)

Related - I kept reading spaniel as "squirrel". Unbelievably confusing thread for a while there.
