Anyone able to share their experience of the clinic and how well the treatment works?

I got that a while ago. Teeth were REALLY white after it and I was delighted, but by that evening the whiteness had started to fade (they do say to expect this to an extent) but it hadn't just faded a little, I actually could not see any difference between then and my teeth before having it done. I contacted them about a refund (didn't want to subject my teeth to having it done again so soon after having it done the first time) and the manager agreed to meet me in the clinic. When I arrived the manager wasn't there, just the eastern European dentist who had done it the first time who was extremely aggressive and confrontational and basically called me a liar, but said if I wanted he'd redo the treatment (as if!). I said no thanks, please get the manager here. Manager, to his credit, was very polite and told the dentist that if I didn't see a difference, I didn't see a difference. I can't speak highly enough of the manager himself. He was very polite and very customer oriented, but the dentist himself was so rude and incredibly aggressive. Honestly, I can't recommend it.
