Replacement EBS Debit Card

    Hi,

    Just wondering has anyone here ever had to order a replacement EBS Debit Card? I lost mine almost 2 weeks ago (Friday 13th of all nights). On the Saturday morning I rang the 24hr helpline, cancelled my card & ordered a new one. The following Thursday (Sept 19th) I received my PIN number in the post. I'm still waiting on the card though & haven't had access to my account since the 13th. The guy on the phone did say it would take 6-9 working days so I haven't rang up to complain (yet!).

    Has anyone else had to order a new card & did it take this long?
