I am totally confused, if anyone can explain me,

I have applied for Jobseeker's Allowance and awaiting for my claim to be confirmed, while I am waiting for Jobseeker's Allowance, I am getting payments from Supplementary Welfare Allowance.

I have decided to do an online FAS course, and I have applied for it, and doing it at the moment.

I was reading about FAS Training Allowance, and I don't know, will I have to switch to FAS Training Allowance? Or can I stay on Supplementary Allowance, till I get my JA?

You normallly don't do a fas course until in receipt of a jobseekers payment, but if the course you've started is free or you paid for it then that fine.

You'll stay on SWA until your Job seekers claim is decided.

I registered with FAS, and its free for unemployed people, I just came in to FAS office she took mine PPS number, and i got email that I've registered for an online course. And I completely forgot to ask these questions. Or will it be better to tell Social Welfare that I am doing online course?? Just again I am on Supplementary Welfare Allowance and waiting for Jobseekers Allowance

FAS TA is only for full time on-site courses

Just to confirm, So I am doing course online, so this means I am not full time and I will not have to switch to FAS TA?
