    hi guys hope all is well.. just a question i was living out the countryside at the beginning of the year and i took 2 weeks holiday leave 12 days in feb..i came back after the 2 weeks and signed off and i was abroad for over a month...then i came back and signed on again except this time i was signing on the welfare department in the city center(ie not the countryside)..i would like to kno am i still entitled to 12 days leave again as its a different department or so while still receiving job seekers allowance???

    The 12 days holiday entitlement is within any 12 month period irrespective of whether you also signed off and on again within those 12 months and/or changed the office where you are making your claim for Jobseekers.
