I am employed getting about 30 hours a week, but nothing to do with my qualifications, i am a marketing graduate with few yrs experience, lucky to have a job i guess, i noticed all the jobs on job bridge where you need to be unemployed and i am wondering can i apply or do i quit my job, wait and then apply, seems like a vicious circle but i need to get more experience

Yes, you would need to quit your job and wait. To qualify for a JobBridge internship you need to have been getting the dole for more than 3 months in the last six months.

If you leave a job of your own accord I don't think you get social welfare immediately as you choose to leave. You need to look into this.
