Incorporating in the Isle of Man

    Does anyone have any experience of forming a limited company in the isle of man? Ie costs, residency requirements, maintaining a presence on the island etc?

    I am looking to do it myself and would appreciate any 'local knowledge'!

    A friend of mine works for ILS Fiduciaries in IOM. I'm sure they can fill you in. Google them.
