Aer lingus, nappy bag as well as hand luggage?

Hi we are flying to spain this weekend with aer lingus, am I able to bring a nappy bag as well as my hand luggage on board? all I can see on their website is that we can bring a buggy at no extra charge can't see anything about nappy bag, we are travelling with a 1 year old, many thanks
