    I was trying to think of a contrarian opinion.

    However I dont think there is one.

    If the HSE are not willing to treat her they should indeed fund others who will.

    There is no cure. It's not like the HSE are sitting on the solution but are refusing to release it.

    The sad reality is that she will get better palliative care in a private hospital in the UK than in a public hospital in Ireland, and she can't afford to go private.

    I feel sorry for her, but she is not explaining her case very well. What reason has the HSE given for the decision, She wants to got to the UK for palliative care?
