Looking for a proper fresh breakfast roll near tara st station.
    Any ideas?

Don't say spar or centra or you will self identify as having no taste.

You might get one at the Expresso Corner Deli on Tara Street.

There's a deli/cafe on the corner diagonally opposite the Irish Times buidling - McCabes, maybe? - the food there is fab. I bet they'd do a mean breakfast roll!

Dude, you're asking for breakfast roll recommendations. Let's not get carried away!

I'd second McCabe's though. Daycent grub in there.

McCabes has by far the best breakfasdt roll in that area. A coffee (latte, capucinno) and roll is a 5. Lovely soft roll and cooked to order compared to the crap in Spar across the way.

Been a long time since I have been there but O'Donovans beside the Lombard Pub on Pearse Street used to do an excellent roll if its not too far away.

+1 O'Donovans. Get off at Pearse instead, good bit closer.
