Social Welfare Card Lost

So tomorrow I'm to be at the post office and collecting my Job Seekers Payment. I've lost my social welfare card but have proof of ID and my PPS number, along with a receipt of previous payment. Is this sufficient to claim my payment?

It's not OP, but what you can do is go to your nearest social welfare office in the morning and explain that you lost your card. They'll give you a temporary yellow card and you'll be able to collect your payment with this while your new one is being sent out to you.

If they give me the temporary yellow card, am I still able to get tomorrow's payment, tomorrow?

As you've had your query answered and this forum is for issues in posters personal lives, I'll lock this thread.

For future reference there is a State Benefits forum.

    All the best
