IOS 7 & Outlook 13 sync problems

Recent convert to iPhone, originally when I set up my outlook mail/contact & calendar synced perfectly with my iPhone but for some reason now it will not sync any aspect any more? Any ideas to rectify this? In iTunes on my phones info page it is selected to sync with calendars/mail.
