Does your ISP not have a monitor page that tells you?

Eitherways, i've used this a year or so ago (before going unlimited) and it gave an indication. Basic enough to be useful.

Tried down loading networx and hit a problem. Won't run. I tried to uninstall it but I'm being told it corrupted. How do I uninstall it now?
