Anyone got a GPS record of the cycle and run distances please? My technology go left at home.

Swimming into the Atlantic in a fog is a new one on me.
Sad to have missed the wonderful views out the head.
    Thanks.

    i was wondering the same.

in my recollection of the swim there was a hairpin bend around the furthest buoy.
but it didnt look like that on the map.
i think there was some corner cutting - possibly due to fog.

i was just a sheep, following the crowd.
