If you receive a solicitor's letter with a number of accusations on them, most of which are false but perhaps not all, if they commence court proceeding are they required to bring all these accusations before the court?
I have a letter with one small bit of truth in it and a fairly hefty list of lies, so I'd be happy to go to court if I knew all of these issues would be addressed.
    Thanks.
